She’s on the new issue of UK’s Q magazine, but it’s currently banned at Borders and other bookstores nationwide. The best way to explain it would be let Miss Gaga do it herself…

“I want to wear a d**k strapped to my vagina. We all know that one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a d**k, so why not give them what they want? The bookstores say they won’t carry the magazine unless the cover unless the magazine is covered up with a protective bag.
