If it isn’t Lyndsay Lohan making the news for rehab, there’s always some celebrity looking to sober up. This week we have Brooke Mueller checking out (or in) a sober living facility in Beverly Hills.

You may recall last Christmas Charlie Sheen allegedly assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller. It seems their heated romance may have been fueled by drugs and alcohol. Hopefully this isn’t a relapse of old habits. Sheen and Meuller have since filed for divorce earlier this month.

Mueller has been more than busy the last few weeks shooting with her new best friend Paris Hilton for a new upcoming reality show, which will air on Oxygen.

Update – it turns out Brooke was shooting scenes in the hotel for her new reality show.
