Maybe it’s just us, but is Jessica Biel’s fitness and diet plan unhealthy just a tad?

When she’s working, she doesn’t eat any bread, dairy, sugar, salt or meat. She also works out six times a week, doing a combination of running, biking, ballet, and weights.  Word is she’s training for the Nautica Malibu Triathalon in September, and has even been obsessing with training for the event. She also hikes 25 miles and bikes 15-30 miles a week. Part of her diet also includes the occasional six-day liquid fasts, allowing herself just one pig-out day on day seven.

Almost in a Jason Bourne way, Angelina’s character Salt makes this action thriller give Bond a run for his money. It looks like there is an increasing trend in female action heroes.

Salt was #2 at the box office this weekend,  doing much better than Tom Cruise’s Knight and Day, Matt Damon’s The Green Zone, and Russell Crowe’s Robin Hood. Inception, with Leonardo Di Caprio, was the #1 movie for the weekend.

Jolie is a blonde in Salt, and even though we think she makes a better brunette, she still looks amazing. The movie turned out to be better than expected, with lots of stunts and twists to the plot along with enough action to keep you watching all the way through.

Not to ruin it for you, and it won’t, but there’s a great chase scene in the first half where the CIA are trying to get her that you’ll love.

Angelina Jolie’s Evelyn Salt might just be the first real female spy character. Don’t even think of comparing her to the Avengers or something like that. And judging from the ending, we may see Salt again.

According to IMDB, a new movie she is rumored to be in and released in about a year is Cleopatra. We think this has huge potential to be one of her best films.

In the movies that Jolie has performed in, like The Changeling to The Good Shepard, we find her roles in the action movies much more suitable. Her next movie Elise is might be one of those less than exciting productions (but we’ll wait to see!). IMDB says it’s about Frank, an American tourist that visits Italy to mend his broken heart, and Elise, an extraordinary woman who deliberately crosses his path. Also starring Jonny Depp, we’re curious to see what its really like.

Megan Fox and long time boyfriend Brian Austin Green are engaged, again. While on vacation Brian popped the question and she said yes.

Originally engaged in November 2006. The couple called off the engagement in February 2009, saying the decision was mutual.
